It seems like unless I mow down every zombie in the way the survivors can't go 5 feet without getting grabbed. If I don't save them. they get completely mobbed and chain grabbed. Each grab does 1/3 of their hp and gets them completely surrounded unless I do something about it. It would probably be easier to guide them once I level up and unlock
