I guess that woud be easy : foobar would output a non-EQed 4-ch signal, Equalizer APO would equalize ch1-2 with preset 1 (for headphone 1), ch3-4 with preset 2 (for headphone 2), and then it would output an EQed 4-ch signal. To be sure that Equalizer APO is working on your computer we need to check the basics. So connect speakers/headphones to the 3.5 jacks of your computer (so not to the Yeti) and check if these speakers can be manipulated in the Configuration Editor of Equalizer APO.

Open the Configurator program by searching for it in Start. Select your device and check “ Troubleshooting options “. Choose “ Install as SFX/EFX (experimental) “. Restart Windows. In recent versions of Windows 10, UWP apps like “Movies & TV” may not get processed by Equalizer APO even with this fix. If your Antivirus is the culprit for Equalizer APO not working, then you can simply disconnect the internet, disable the Antivirus and relaunch the Equalizer APO application. Check and see if Equalizer APO is working or not. If it is working, then you have to add an exception for Equalizer APO in your Antivirus. I think it might be an issue with windows itself. Used to have a razer serien elite, with equaliser apo and it worked fine with discord now I've got a wave 3 discord doesn't pick up any sound from my mic when I have enchancements enabled which allows apo to run on the mic.
